Hey Sparks Motor, I was trying to do the promo code for the spark boost and I had it in my shop app account. I went to stand up and my son yanked the blanket from me, and I almost dropped my phone, but I caught it and accidentally hit the Pay Now button when I recovered my phone.

I need to cancel this spark boost order! Sorry again for my inconvenience on my behalf. I would really appreciate it if you guys can cancel the order.

They're tasting is contacting me trying to get me to give him $105 for paperwork on a truck giveaway truck get away was an F-350 sent me pictures of and then the certificate says for an F-150 he won't call me he just keeps asking me for $105 to proceed must be a scam I don't remember if I purchased anything to get into the truck. It's kind of odd anyway 406-860-**** is my phone number appreciate a call thank you love your show

I can't get a hold of customer service. I have called and emailed numerous times.

No one gets back to us.

I am not pleased with their services at all. I will never do business here again!

I ordered on 12 Dec; money was taken out of my account on 14 Dec, but I still haven't received my order. I need this before Christmas.

I ordered on the 25th of November, and my credit card was used on the 25th of November. I just got an email on the 10th of December, stating that a shipping label had been created.

That's over 2 weeks from receiving my order to creating a shipping label and shipping it. In my opinion, this is horrible customer service.

I got scammed with a giveaway. I would like you all to call me supposedly heavy Dave has been texting me and my traveling agent that delivers the truck.

They even sent me a picture of Dave holding his license. I made like four payments to him. One was a tax payment.

The other one was a pass ticket payment and the shipping was like 500 bucks for a three day delivery. I would just really like you all to contact me back a phone call would be better if possible and theyre saying that theyre sitting in Germantown Maryland 30 minutes from me with the truck and cash winning prize

I understand the Black Friday happened. But to still not have any tracking number or anything from them after spending almost 200$. Idk just kind of frustrating.

I recently bought a sparks motor shirt

I absolutely love it soft fits great

But after one wash the hem fell out and looks like sleeves are starting

Not sure if anything can be done
